System settings
General
Business identity, contact details, SEO, default currency and timezone.
General settings hold your business identity and defaults: the name and logo customers see, your currency and timezone, contact details and SEO. They belong to the current Brand, except the two options marked below.
Open System Settings → General, change what you need on any of the four tabs, and click Save Changes.
General
Basic Information
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Site Name | Your business name. Shown on checkout, invoices, emails and browser tabs. Required. |
| Default Timezone | The timezone every date and time is shown in, across the panel and your customer pages. |
| Payment Tolerance | Accept a rounded payment for SMS-verified payments. Installation-wide. See below. |
| Automatic Exchange Rates | Sync exchange rates automatically twice a day. Installation-wide. See Currency. |
Logo & Favicon
Your Logo appears on checkout, invoice and payment-link pages and in emails. The Favicon is the small icon in the browser tab (PNG, ICO or SVG).
Currency & Financial
Default Currency is the Brand's main currency: reports and the dashboard are shown in it, and new invoices and payment links start with it. Currency Symbol is filled in for you.
Localization
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Default Language | The language customer pages open in: English, Bangla, Hindi or Urdu. Customers can switch language themselves. It doesn't change the admin panel's language. |
| Week Starts On | Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Used for "this week" and "last week" in reports. |
Analytics & Tracking
Google Tag Manager ID, in the form GTM-XXXXXXX, adds your Tag Manager container to your customer pages: checkout, invoices and payment links. It isn't added to the admin panel.
Payment tolerance
Some wallets only let customers send whole amounts. With Payment Tolerance on, a payment due as 100.65 is also accepted as exactly 100 or 101, but nothing else. A whole amount, such as 100.00, is never widened. This applies to SMS-verified payments with the Transaction ID method and to pending payments completed in the background. See SMS verification.
Leave it off unless your customers really can't send exact amounts.
Business Details
Your Registered Business Address: Street Address, City/Town, Postal/ZIP Code and Country. Themes and emails can show it, for example on invoices.
Contact & Social
Support Contact Information
| Setting | Format |
|---|---|
| Support Phone Number | International format with country code, such as +447700900123. |
| Support Email Address | An email address. |
| Support Website | Your help page or website. Type it without https://, which is added for you. |
These appear on your customer pages, for example in the default theme's Support drawer.

Enter only the username or number for each: Paybob builds the link.
| Setting | Enter | Becomes |
|---|---|---|

Leave a profile empty to hide it.
SEO
Defaults for how your customer pages appear in search results and when shared:
| Setting | Meaning |

| SEO Keywords | Keywords for your pages. Most search engines ignore these today. |
| Facebook/LinkedIn Image | The preview image when a page is shared. 1200×630 pixels is recommended. |
| Twitter/X Card Image | The preview image on X. 1200×675 pixels is recommended. |
