Admin panel

Dashboard

The figures and charts on the panel's home page, and who can see them.

The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It gives a quick picture of the current Brand: how many payments you've taken, what's waiting, and the latest activity.

Key figures

Four cards across the top:

CardWhat it counts
Total TransactionsEvery transaction except checkouts that were started but never got as far as a payment attempt.
Pending TransactionsTransactions waiting to be confirmed. See Transactions.
Unpaid InvoicesInvoices with the status Unpaid.
Total CustomersActive customers. Blocked customers aren't counted.

Transactions Statistics

A line chart of your transactions over time, with one line each for Completed, Pending, Failed and Refunded transactions.

Use the filter to choose the period: Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year, Previous year, or a Custom Range with a start and end date. The chart groups the data by hour, day or month depending on the length of the period.

Dates follow the timezone in General settings, and "this week" starts on the day you chose there.

Latest Transactions

The five newest transactions, with the customer, gateway, amount, net amount, the gateway's transaction ID, the date and the status. Click View on a row to open the transaction. For searching and filtering, use the Transactions page.

Amounts in several currencies

If you take payments in more than one currency, money figures are converted into the Brand's default currency using your exchange rates. A currency without an exchange rate yet is left out rather than guessed.

Who sees what

Every signed-in user can open the dashboard, but each part of it needs its own permission: the key figures, the chart and the latest transactions can each be granted separately. A user without any of them sees an empty dashboard. See Staff and roles.
